Charnessa Kimber is a collaborative leader who takes a strategic approach to helping clients resolve processing discrepancies to increase operational efficiency.

For nearly 20 years, Charnessa has worked as a Retention Specialist, where her negotiation skills allowed her to serve as a liaison between leadership teams and customers to provide effective resolutions and facilitate contract extensions. Her meticulous attention to detail has been instrumental in collecting client documentation to ensure complete, accurate, and timely transactions.

Charnessa was able to leverage her case management skills and knowledge of systems administration to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals ensure the accurate and timely submission of contract deliverables, resulting in faster processing times and more seamless transactions from contract to closing.
